The editor of Street Smart Report explains, “Japan‟s central bank that it will implement another round of comprehensive monetary easing to try to get its stumbling economic recovery going again. The Bank of Japan said it will lower its policy interest rate to zero. “Like the U.S. Fed Funds Rate, which is currently set at a range of 0 to 0.25%, the Japanese interest rate is already at 0.1%, about as close to zero as it could get without actually being there.
