March 15 – Fitch Ratings on Monday downgraded Stanley Black&Decker Inc to A-minus from A, following the completion of the merger of Stanley Works with Black&Decker Corp on Friday. Fitch said the combined company’s business risk will increase as a Fitch downgrades Stanley Black & Decker to A-minus
