TOKYO, Dec 1 – Japan’s Nikkei average turned positive to rise 0.4 percent on Tuesday after the Bank of Japan said it would hold an extraordinary policy meeting, sparking speculation it might take steps to support the economy. Some exporters such a Nikkei turns positive ahead of extra BOJ meeting
