OKLAHOMA CITY – A miscommunication about a school shooting in Washington led to the lock down and evacuation of Oklahoma City Community College. There were reports of people hearing a shot being fired. A police spokesman said that gunshot came from a campus security guard who accidentally discharged his weapon while responding to the initial report of a gunman.
